About

The strength and conditioning program at Rivers is designed to enhance the fitness and athleticism of students in order to improve their health and perform optimally at sports.

By training in the state-of-the-art, fully equipped Benson Fitness Center and following programs designed and administered by the Rivers Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, students have the means to reach their personal fitness and athletic goals.

Co-curricular activities offered each trimester include the Personal Fitness program and the Sports Conditioning program. During each sports season some varsity teams take advantage of the weightroom and commit a portion of their practice time to workouts with the Strength Coach.

A summer program is also available for students in order to prepare in the off-season.
