    Bio
     
    Violinist Jin-Kyung Joen has performed extensively in Italy, USA, Poland, Greece, and Korea for various music festivals and concert series. In addition to serving on the violin faculty of the New England Conservatory’s Preparatory School, as well as the Killington, Foulger, and Bosa Antica (Italy) music festivals, Ms. Joen recently served as the Artistic Director of Project STEP, a string training and education program for students from underrepresented communities. Ms. Joen holds a bachelor of music from the Conservatorio di Piacenza, Italy; a doctor of musical arts from Boston University; and  an artist diploma from the Boston Conservatory. Since 1996, she has been a member of the violin faculty at the Preparatory School of New England Conservatory.

    Bio
     
    Bill Jones is the director of the Middle School Jazz Band. He has a BS in music education from the University of New Hampshire and an MA in music, jazz studies, and performance from the New England Conservatory. He has led jazz ensembles at Timberlane Regional High School in Plaistow, NH, gives private lessons on the saxophone and other wind instruments, and performs extensively in the Boston and Metrowest area.

    Nicholas Jordan joined the science department in 2016 after two years of teaching biology and chemistry at Loomis Chaffee School. Prior to that, he taught at his alma mater, Eton College, in Windsor, England. Nick earned a BA in organismic and evolutionary biology from Harvard University and an MS in biomedical sciences at Tufts University. He teaches science in the Upper School, advises, and coaches.
